It was basically a mock up though, by a Nico Nico Douga (Japanese YouTube Site) member who married his Nintendo DS "Love Plus" game girlfriend. In Japan same sex marriage is still illegal, so of course getting married to a non existent person is null and void.. basically it was a publicity stunt. But amusing nonetheless.
