You + Purpose = One

REALITY.jpgWhy is it that we seem to complicate our lives much more than it really is? We tend to forget when we get wrapped up in our Ego’s that life is as simple as One. Now, there are many layers to this, for example; Yin and Yang are two elements, but they combine in harmony to form One, Our souls are but a drop of the ocean of christ consciousness or Ocean of One.

It is so important for all of us to remember our connectedness to the One. When we forget this or put it in the back of our minds, it seems that this is the moment in time that our lives becomes difficult and confusing. When this happens and we wish to reconnect with the simple life, Just take a deep breath, return our thoughts to the One, and we will find that we will start to feel better. Reborn if you will. I can’t explain the science as to why this happens, but it just works.

I find that meditation can keep us connected on a spiritual level to the One. People ask me: “How do you find time to meditate?” And I reply that if you really want to do something, then you will find the time. Many of us make Meditation difficult, when it’s truly not and on top of that, doesn’t need to take up a lot of time. 15 minutes in the morning before work will be just fine and the benefits for setting aside that 15 minutes will be so great that you will then find more time to dedicate to it. I see this happen time and time again, the person who couldn’t find the time to Meditate is now doing 1 hour a day.

Meditation allows us to attain a similar form of connection. The Meditation process releases our bodies and minds, and allow our souls to refocus. Yogis do this while practicing yoga. Buddhists meditate. In Zen Buddhism they call it the “nothingness.” I have heard of long distance runners achieving this state while running.

Yes, there is a nothingness, a zero. It is the emptiness in which life exists and thrives. The Mayans and Chinese were some of the first mathmaticians to explain this. With out it, we would not be able to explain base 10 logic, binary code and I would not be communicating on this computer with you.

During meditation, one attempts to seperate themselves from the material world. They “travel” to the nothingness realm, or lack of realm. This is the first step in recognizing the One. After you release yourself, you will notice a sense of euphoria. This is the qi or prana redispersing itself throughout your body. You mind is clear and calm, your body is relaxed, but your spirit is active.

This is the point where many remain. It is a wonderful and prosperous place. Spending time here will benefit your life in more ways than I can describe in one lifetime. However, taking it to the next level will benefit your soul for many lifetimes to come. This is where the One comes in.

Whether you’re religious, spiritual or atheist, you cannot deny that life exists. It is very healthy to give gratitude and praise for life. To whom or what is totally up to you. Christians praise Christ, Muslims praise Allah, Buddhists honor Buddha, etc. However you do it, connecting and understanding the One source is our key to enlightenment and spirtual growth. Take Care my friends.

    Floating along, on the breeze
    As light as a feather
Totally AWARE of all around me
    Shut out the NOISE
    I have music inside me
    Floating along, on the breeze
    As light as a feather
    The music from my flute
    Flows thru me
    Like the songs
    From my feathered friends above
    Singing along
    Floating along
    Together as
    The River before us
    Plays Rhythm and Bass
