What Will You Build With Your Legos?
Creative Visualization, holding something in our thoughts that we desire to come to pass. Some call it Manifesting. Like meditation, visualization has been used for many years to reduce stress and increase self-awareness. So how does all of this work on a scientific level? Creative visualization takes advantage of the connection between your thoughts (experienced as messages or imagery in your mind), your emotions (how thoughts make you feel), and your actions (the choices you make in response to your emotions).
I personally think we all do ‘visualization’, whether we do it consciously or not. The aim would be to do it with conscious intent, so that you produce more constructive results - which would be called ‘creative’ visualization, and would result in Manifestation of the item that you were visualizing.
There are two books I would like to recommend on this subject:
1) Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain
2) The Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer
In my everyday life, I have been learning to really question myself on the things I want, and then I do visualize it (I don’t need to sit in a meditative position or anything, I just do it whenever I feel like it and where-ever I am at the time), and I then make sure that the result is really what I want to achieve, ever here the saying be careful what you wish for, because you might just get it..
If it helps you can also write your intents/desires down on a piece of paper and place them in a special place, offer them to the universe, bless them, and then just be patient and open to all the myriad ways the universe decides to present you with your ‘intent’. It is intent, after all, that creates your reality. (Thoughts are Things)
This really does work, and I find that I am always in awe and amazement at how things get delivered to me. Not always in the time-frame I had in mind, but always perfect timing. And not always in any of the ways I had imagined, but again always delivered perfectly. I have experienced this in abundance over the past 6 months. Having been laid off from my job, of making about double the national average, I found myself in a position of uncertainty as to how I was going to provide for my family. I decided to have faith and Intentions that everything would be fine as far as finances go, and I quit worrying about it.
It has been 15 months since I lost my job, and not one time have we been without money to pay mortgage, car, utilities etc… I don’t worry about when or where the finances are coming from, I just know in my heart when we need something it will show up. And it always does! This has been going on like I said for about 15 months and we always have what we need. Another thing that I have been focusing my Intentions on is selling our house for the Big Move to Hokkaido Japan. In a dismal real estate market, I knew it didn’t matter if all of the houses in our neighborhood were for sale, but that if I kept focusing on the Intention to sell the house then it would happen. Well we have had 3 people look at the house in the past 3 weeks and have received one offer.
I find it helps when you have a desire in mind that you want to see manifest, that you imagine it actually happening, then notice how it ‘feels’. Everyone can imagine things. We do it all the time. The good feeling you get from your visualization of it actually happening and knowing in your heart that it is already done, and then start focusing on gratitude for it being delivered is what really sets the process in motion. We can have anything that we desire, as long as our ultimate modus operandi is more than 50% Service to Others (STO) and whatever percentage left is service to self (STS).
Your World is a big pile of Legos, build with it whatever you want. Take Care all.

incorrect, desire is the root of all pain and suffering.
desire is manifesting the feeling of being in need, or not yet having. Seeing as in most cases one wants the opposite, you must simply intend or will to have whatever you want and depending on how many conditions you believe you must first satisfy to achieve your goal you will get it as fast as you want.
Hi Charles.
You have such a healthy attitude. I am familiar with the books you mention and both authors offer relevant insights based on their own experience. Similar concepts are also found in The Secret by Rhonda Byrne and Ask & It Is Given (along with numerous books) by Esther and Jerry Hicks. Its great how you draw people’s attention to the idea that we all have incredible power within. We only need to learn to use our thoughts to tap into that inner power.

Putting your heart and mind in the same place is an amazing tool to achieve what you want in life. Having a dream/goal gives you direction and peace and harmony.

Amazing isn’t it?
“MONEY” can come from so many unexpected people and places.
The right intentions, the right actions, and the money starts rolling in, just like rivers run to the sea.
It’s a totally natural process, of GIVE FIRST, RECIEVE LATER.
Don’t just HOPE for it to happen, EXPECT IT TO HAPPEN.
The subconcious mind can NOT tell the difference between what is “real”, and what is in the vivid imagination of the person, who is thinking the thoughts.
The thoughts create FEELINGS.
The FEELINGS attract the THINGS, just like a magnet attracts IRON and steel.
Even better than a magnet, INTENTIONS attract GOLD and SILVER as well as everything else that is backed by a burning desire to BE, HAVE and DO.
What else does a person need to know???
