I hope everyone will agree that the new look is a bit more professional looking, and the best part is it gives me more space. The other theme seemed to want to keep everything in boxes, and this themes is a bit more free flowing.

If only spiritual change was that easy. Usually spiritual change follows the lines of Commitment to change, Failure, Re-Commitment, Failure, Give Up. After all of the struggles and effort put forth to change, we tend to want an easy way or a quick fix. A book, A CD, A DVD, something that will be effective and easy. But as you know anything worth getting is worth working toward, but in the now society we live in there is no tenacity left. I mean let’s face it, if spiritual enlightenment was easy, everyone would be a Buddha .

Deep lasting spiritual change rarely happens overnight, it is a process that involves training and practice, No shortcuts here! We need to ask ourselves, “Do I really want to change” or is it too much work, and I will remain content where I am.

It takes discipline and study to raise your vibrational level, there should not be a day that goes by that you do not do something to work towards this goal. All of us have a yearning for a sense of fulfillment, it is like the path that we have left long ago calling us back.

Some fear change, because fear is anchored in the past and future based thought and not the here and now. When you become free of fear and fill your being with love, you become capable of discerning what is important for you. You see yourself clearly, and accept responsibility for the choices you make without blame or comparison of your life to others.

The only way to become free of fear is to realize that you are an immortal being, to know that when the container you reside in wears out, it is NOT the end. When you begin to live in the here and now you will connect to that voice within that some call Intuition.

Sometimes we have to step back and take a look at ourselves. Do we want to continue this endless cycle or are we sick and tired of being sick and tired and want change. Change is on the horizon, are you willing to go the distance to get it?
