A Girl Like Me
I found this video on YouTube which brought tears to my eyes.
These girls are so beautiful in this video, but have a low self esteem of themselves from so called social standards.
It is a shame that things have progressed to this point, and it’s partial fault of parents, and partial faults of society in general. It is so important that parents instill into their children that they are special, no matter what they look like in physical appearance. But it is what’s inside that matters.
The outside body is not who we are. We are the Spirit thats inside, that is is our true identity. And that spirit thats inside looks exactly the same as every other one.
We are all one and the same, and if we can impart this fact to our children, maybe all of the conflicts and wars between different groups of people will end.
I love you just the way you are, you are beautiful, and special.
