E-Motions

Emotions are sometimes discussed as this thing that is separate from us. “The emotional roller coaster”. Something that we must control. Some of our emotions we can never show! Some of our emotions are inappropriate at times. But what they all are is energy. And that energy moves through our bodies. Each emotion has a different frequency or vibration. Some of these frequencies drain us and some energize us.

I was thinking about this when I asked a friend the other day on the phone how they were doing. He said, I’m always tired. And I thought, hmmm he seems to always be depressed. (He has even mentioned going on meds for depression)

I asked another person the other day how they were doing today and they said fabulous! This person always says that! They are the kind of person that always has energy. And when you’re depressed, that can be very annoying! LOL

Then I got to thinking. The depressed one will have his energy zapped by the frequency he is at and will be tired and drained. Stuck in depression. Even though there are some things going on in his life that are good!

The other one feeds their energy. He is always happy and that frequency feeds the body energy! And I know there are some things going on in his life that can easily bring them down.

So what is the difference? Choice! Ahah!

So we do have a lot more control and choice over this energy. Think of these frequencies as food. The frequency we feed our body can zap us into depression, or energize us into happiness or joy.

So there is a happy pill! But now what do I tell the one that is depressed? I wont bring my frequency down to meet his. I’ve done that in the past without knowing the consequences of what it does to me. I used to go home after being with him so drained I needed to go right to bed. I can feel he wants me to go there. But I wont anymore and that is causing distance between us.

Sometimes you have to make decisions in life whether to surround yourself with others that have a higher vibration or frequency than you, to uplift yourself. Now this is not to say that you ignore people who have troubles, but always be willing to help others. But do not surround yourself with people that are negative, depressed, etc. Take care all, until next time.
