I can’t agree with you more. And in business, you would be surprised at how much you can affect a person just by smiling. The first thing Monday morning, I have to be honest, I’m not smiling. But to walk into the office and see a warmth of smiles to greet you can result in nothing other than a smile on my face too :)

Smiling is definitely contagious. No one cares that you are in a bad mood or why.

But when you smile it affects all of the people around you.

So in the cliche turn that frown upside down!
