Conversations with God

What is the holistic approach to health? Read on.

I have just started reading a book, that I would like to talk about a bit. The title is “Conversations with God” by Neale Donald Walsch. First let me tell you a little about the man. Neale Donald Walsch is a modern day spiritual messenger whose words continue to touch the world in profound ways. With an early interest in religion and a deeply felt connection to spirituality, Neale spent the majority of his life thriving professionally, yet searching for spiritual meaning before beginning his now famous conversation with God. His With God series of books has been translated into 34 languages, touching millions of lives and inspiring important changes in their day-to-day lives. The With God Series has redefined God and shifted spiritual paradigms around the globe. In order to deal with the enormous response to his writings, Neale created the Conversations with God Foundation, a non-profit educational organization dedicated to inspiring the world to help itself move from violence to peace, from confusion to clarity, and from anger to love.

Now what is the book about you ask, it is presented to be a conversation that the author had with god over a period of time, in a channeling/automatic writing experience. It answers the questions who am I, What is my purpose, Is there a hell, and others that people have yearned to know over time. Is it true? You get the book and read it and decide for yourself. I know it was on the best seller list for many many weeks, so some people were getting a thought provoking experience from it. What do I think? Well I have not finished the book yet, but it is giving me a feeling inside, like I received when I read “A Course in Miracles” for the first time. I want it to be true deep inside, but like I said I have not finished it yet. If you are the type like myself on a spiritual journey, and not stuck knowing that your religion is right and all others are wrong, then I highly recommend that you get this book and read it.

I was delighted to find out also that a movie has been made about this book, and I will definitely go see it, I have the trailer below for you to check out for yourself. Just like the movie “What the Bleep Do we Know” it is going to be a tool to possibly use some of the other part of our brains that remain unused, to put a spark in your soul and to provoke your thoughts, and open your mind up to other possibilities, and to change your perspectives on our world around us. Take Care.
